Annexure 4: Disclaimer 2025

  1. The aim of RISHIS APPLIED RESEARCH FOUNDATION (RARF) is social service by creating social awareness through Applied Research on Sustainable Goals and Indian Heritage and to showcase natural and cultural resources, district-wise, of all the Indian States and Union Territories. The website contains affiliate links to Central, State, Statutory/Government websites, and open sources of information like Wikipedia. This information is to be used for educational and informational purposes only, entirely at the discretion of the user. The completeness, accuracy, or suitability of such information for any particular purpose is beyond the scope of the Foundation, even while the efforts are constantly directed towards keeping the information accurate and up-to-date.
  2. The Research Institute for Sustainable Habitat and Indic Studies (RISHIS) invites Applied Research and Descriptive Papers from participants as per the details in the website, handbook & user manual, strictly as per Annexure 5 : Table 2: Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Candidates through ROMS. Papers submitted in the web portal have been checked for plagiarism, declaration of AI usage and report submitted by the candidate, reviewed, scrutinized by a panel of experts, and certified for innovation – a collective decision of the RISHIS Experts that remains binding on the participants and not subject to further review from any third party.
  3. The Directors, Promoters, Advisors, Panel of Experts of RARF, and RISHIS are not responsible for the views/opinions expressed in the submitted papers, which are entirely of the participants / authors only. In case of any external controversy, RARF will take all measures to resolve the issues (if any) amicably.
  4. The Foundation is not responsible for discrepancies arising out of systemic and technical failures. The Foundation is a social service organization and grievances of participants’ will be addressed in the most amicable way as utmost priority.
  5. Any additions or amendments to the Disclaimer are prerogative of RARF
