Candidate will upload the paper by logging in to the ROMS CRM system. Logging in and home screen is explained in the previous section. System shows the upload progress and completes the upload

After uploading the paper, system shows that paper uploaded ‘today’. Evaluation status column shows the text “Paper and Plagiarism Report not uploaded Only Paper uploaded. You need to upload both documents”.

Without uploading plagiarism report, the paper upload is not considered as complete. Candidate can upload plagiarism report now or come back later to upload it. Candidate need to follow similar steps to upload the plagiarism report.

When plagiarism report is uploaded, paper upload is treated as complete and notification sent to expert panel to see the paper and evaluate it. This is explained in the next section.
