Main evaluator gets notification about modified paper upload. He/she logs into the ROMS CRM system and does the final evaluation by providing score and innovativeness. This completes the semester and candidate can login and view score and innovativeness, and can get admitted to next semester (if any) by making payment. Main evaluator clicks on button Evaluate or Send for modification window pops up where he/she provides final score and innovativeness for the semester.

Innovativeness score range

• Score less than 60
• Innovative *— score more than 60 and less than or equal to 70
• Innovative** — 70 and less than or equal to 80
• Innovative*** — score more than 80
