3.1.3 Process of Evaluation, Modification, Re-submission
Evaluation process is explained below. User needs to understand these steps clearly to understand sub sections of this section.
Send for modification. System provides confirmation message that document has been sent for editing. Candidate gets e-mail notification
Candidate resubmits the paper
Candidate logs in into the ROMS CRM system. System makes the provision to upload the paper after modification.
Candidate can view the remarks made by 3 experts by clicking on View Remarks button. Candidate follows same steps described in previous page ‘Candidates Login and Paper Upload’ to upload the modified paper. Once candidate uploads modified paper this time, only main evaluator is notified about it.
Main evaluator must provide score and innovativeness this time as there is no scope to send for modification again.
